The Remedy: Protecting the Minds of Our Youth
September 24, 2025 5:30pm
Today’s youth are growing up in a world of constant stimulation where mental health is trending, AI is shaping their reality, and information is limitless. They’re more connected and more isolated than ever before. While access to knowledge can be empowering, too much too soon or without guidance can be overwhelming and confusing. This month, The Remedy invites a timely conversation about how we protect the mental and emotional well-being of our young people in a rapidly changing world.
We'll ask questions like:
How do we help them stay connected to real life in a digital world?
How do we teach the difference between mental illness and the natural stress of growing up?
How do we model balance, emotional regulation, and grounded relationships?
How do we encourage responsible curiosity without letting overwhelming information or AI confusion distort their sense of self?
Together, we’ll explore how to guide this generation with clarity and compassion offering tools to help them stay present, self-aware, and rooted in something real. Because protecting their minds means more than shielding them it means equipping them to thrive.
