Celebrating Black Owned Business Month: Stretch Therapy Sessions
August 16, 2025 10am - August 16, 2025 2pm
Kayani is the founder of KfiT Whole Body Wellness. As a Black, Queer, and Non-Binary individual with Caribbean roots, their identity deeply informs their approach to wellness and community care.
Their journey—from Division 1 collegiate athlete and coach to someone navigating chronic nerve pain and recovering from an Achilles tear—has shaped a deep understanding of the body’s interconnectedness. These lived experiences highlight how stress and trauma are stored in the body and fuel their passion for sustainable, holistic well-being.
Through KfiT, Kayani helps clients release physical tension, stress, and trauma. The goal is to empower individuals to feel safer, more comfortable, and freer in their own bodies while guiding them toward self-discovery and lasting wellness.

moreThe Remedy: The Weight of Influence
August 27, 2025 5:30pm
We live in a time where visibility feels like survival. Our lives are filtered through screens, shaped by algorithms, and judged in real time by followers, likes, and public opinion. In this influencer-driven world, influence isn’t just a career path it’s a cultural expectation. And while there’s power in being seen, there’s also pressure, performance, and an ever-present fear of saying or doing the wrong thing.
This month, The Remedy invites you into a deeper conversation about the emotional toll of living in an always-on, always-watching society. We’re talking about the weight of influence and how to protect your peace while navigating it all.
Together we'll explore questions like:
How do we share our stories without feeling exposed or consumed?
Where’s the line between openness and oversharing?
How do we maintain authenticity while setting boundaries?
And how do we stay grounded and whole in a world that rewards image over intimacy?
This session is about more than social media it’s about the human experience behind the screen. Together, we’ll reflect on how to stay true to ourselves, even as the world watches. We’ll explore how to reclaim our calm, reset our priorities, and cultivate a sense of safety within ourselves. Because in the end, your peace isn’t a performance. It’s a necessity.
