This month’s session of The Remedy explores the deep connection between creativity and healing. Titled Art Heals, this conversation centers on how artistic expression can restore the heart, soothe the soul, and strengthen community.

Together, we’ll explore what art truly is, beyond talent or technique and how it becomes a powerful tool for processing emotion, reclaiming identity, and communicating what words often can’t. This dialogue will touch on art as activism, storytelling, mental health practice, and personal liberation.

Our panelists will share how they’ve uncovered their inner artist and used creative expression as a means of healing, resistance, and self-discovery. Whether through poetry, painting, music, movement, or design, their stories will highlight how embracing art leads to deeper understanding, connection, and elevation.

This session is for anyone curious about creativity, in need of healing, or seeking new ways to express themselves. Come ready to reflect, be inspired, and maybe even find your own path to healing through art.more
